APPOINTMENTS

  • Should you wish to cancel your appointment we will require 48 hours notice.

  • Any cancellations within the 48 hour period will be charged 50% of the booking price. This charge must be paid before any alternative appointments can be made.

  • Should a client persistently cancel or alter appointments full payment will be required in advance at time of booking.

  • If you are running late for your appointment contact Kate directly on +44 7457 404478. Depending how late you are we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of your missed treatment.

  • No shows or cancellations on the same day will be charged 100% of their treatment cost.

LASHES

  • Due to the high quality of products used I will not be able to infill other lash technicians work. A removal and a full set would be required.

  • Before any Lash lift or tinting appointment a patch test is required for your first appointment, change in medical history or if it has been over 6 months since your last appointment. This must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Due to the manufactures guidelines of the lash glue used we are not required to preform patch tests. The reasoning behind this is that it is unlikely to be able to determine if a reaction to the glue will take place unless a full set is applied.

  • In the case of a reaction to the glue you will be required to pay £10 to remove the lashes and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Please remove all eye make-up prior to any lash appointment. Failure to do this will eat into your appointment time, which will result in less time being spent on your lashes.

  • A consultation form will be required to fill out before your treatment if its your first time or if your medical circumstances changed.

BROWS

  • Before HD Brows and Brow tint appointments a patch test is required for your first appointment, change in medical history or if it has been over 6 months since your last appointment. This must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • With Microblading or Powder/ Ombre brows I can never guarantee your healed results, this is down to how your skin holds the pigment in and slowly fade over time.

  • I will advise and guide you the best as I can to my professional knowledge. If I feel necessary I will advise you to seek medical help as I can not medically confirm any potential risks or infections.

  • Additional colour boosts cannot be done until the area has completely healed. A 6/8 week healing time is required before any more work can be done.

  • Your included top up is to be booked and completed within 3 months from the day of your initial Microblading/Powder/Ombre brow procedure. 

  • If you are a no show for your top up appointment it is a £50 charge when rebooking.

  • If you are unable to make it to your top up within 3 months you will be charged a colour boost fee of £50.

COVID-19

​

  • Please use hand sanitiser on arrival. A sanitising station is set up by the door.

  • You must wear a face mask for the duration of your appointment. A face mask will be made available for you if you do not have one.

  • Please come to your appointment alone, anyone who comes with you will be asked to leave the salon due to social distancing procedures in place.

  • If you or a member of your house hold are showing any symptoms please cancel your appointment. Cancellation fees will not apply as a result of having to cancel due to COVID-19

  • The salon will be regularly cleaned between clients and all surfaces will be sanitised.
